The room had a private bathroom with a refreshing shower and complimentary toiletries, which made me feel clean and comfortable. I loved that my room had a private entrance, giving me a sense of privacy and convenience. The room had a cozy seating area where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. I enjoyed the patio in my room, where I could soak up the sun and enjoy the island vibes. The balcony in my room provided a stunning view, adding to the overall charm of my stay. Having a washing machine in the room was a great bonus, allowing me to freshen up my clothes during my vacation. I appreciated the pool view from my room, it added a touch of relaxation and tranquility. The fact that my room had a tea/coffee maker made mornings extra delightful, allowing me to enjoy a hot beverage in the comfort of my own room.

Personally, I didn't find much enjoyment in the electric kettle in the room, but I can see how others might still find it useful.

The owners, Alex and Roberta, made me feel like a guest rather than just a customer. They were passionate about the island and shared their knowledge with me, helping me plan my activities and tours. The food prepared by Roberta was outstanding and gave me a taste of Italy. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. Bikes were provided, making it easy to explore the island. Alec, our host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel also had reliable WiFi.

The hotel is absolutely amazing, located in a peaceful area near the docks, Mosquito island, and Punta Mosquito. The breakfast is marvellous and absolutely superb, with a variety of options available. The location is good and excellent, just a short walk from Holbox Beach. There's simply no reason to complain about my very nice stay at this hotel.

We had an amazing stay for a night. The room was unique and brand-new, with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. It overlooked the garden. The location was great, close to Holbox and nature.

I recently stayed at Casa Vainilla in Holbox Island and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with two balconies offering stunning views. The owner, Roberta, and her family made me feel like part of their extended family. The atmosphere was great and the location, a bit off the main street, provided a serene and quiet environment. The highlight of my stay was the amazing Italian food cooked by Roberta herself. I also appreciated the hot shower, good Wi-Fi, and the helpful assistance from Roberta in rebooking my flight and calling a doctor. I highly recommend Casa Vainilla for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

It's worth noting that there was no food service during my stay as the owners were away, and one of the bikes was out of order. However, both of these minor inconveniences were easily compensated for by the central location, making it easy to reach everything on foot.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes up the street or along the beach, where not many tourists are. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a large bathroom and a comfy bed. The service was outstanding, with the owners going out of their way to meet our needs. Breakfast was incredible, with huge portions of delicious food. The view from the room was stunning, with a sea view on the second floor.

The only downside was that there was no air conditioning, but the nice breeze in some of the rooms made up for it.

The rooms at Casa Vainilla were unique and had a friendly atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable. The location was good, not too far away from a great sunset beach. The area was quiet and very beautiful, close to the beach and Isla Holbox.
